Browser extension to prevent doom-scrolling

I need an extension that detects when I have been passively scrolling a social media feed for more than a configurable number of minutes, then blurs the page and shows a prompt asking me to confirm I want to continue. The key is that it should feel like a speed bump, not a hard block. Per-site time budgets would be ideal.
