Open-source Notion alternative with full offline support

Notion is too slow, requires constant internet, and I worry about vendor lock-in. I want something with the same flexible block editor experience — rich text, databases, linked views — but fully offline-capable, self-hostable on a small VPS or Raspberry Pi, and with an open file format so I can always export my data.
