Local-first note app with AI summarization

I want a note-taking app that stores everything locally with no mandatory cloud sync, but has an optional AI layer to summarize long notes, extract action items, and surface related notes. Full Markdown support, keyboard-driven navigation, and a graph view for linked notes would make this perfect.
