Been using Alfred for clipboard history for years but the fuzzy search is slow on large histories. If you can get search under 50ms on 10k+ items I will switch immediately.

Privacy-first clipboard is a huge selling point. The number of clipboard managers that sync everything to a random cloud server without clear privacy policies is concerning. Keep that as a core differentiator.
