RemoteSync

Daily standups are the most expensive recurring meeting on most engineering calendars. 15 people, 15 minutes, every day — that is 3.75 hours of combined engineering time per standup. And half of those updates could have been a Slack message. RemoteSync replaces the standup entirely with an async-first status system.

Twice a day, RemoteSync sends each team member a lightweight prompt: what did you complete, what are you working on now, and is there anything blocking you? Responses are aggregated into a visual team timeline that everyone can review at their own time. Blockers surface immediately to the relevant person via a direct notification.
